We have been getting negative reviews lately, all being food getting delivered cold! Firstly, we would like to apologise for your negative experience. Nobody wants cold food!! Please be aware, we only cook freshly to order. Once the food is 5mins away from ready, we request a courier to come pick up the food from UBER. However, (this part is very important), the Couriers do not work for us. They are not employed by us, nor do we get to choose the couriers, nor do we have any information about them. UBER allows their couriers to carry up to 3 deliveries from different outlets! Which is ridiculous! While your piping hot food is sitting in the box of a scooter or bicycle, the courier could be waiting at another outlet for someone elses food! This is a big problem with 3rd Party delivery companies unfortunately! We would like our customers to review us only based on Taste and Value please. Negative Reviews have a big inpact on small independent businesses. We would also advice that collection is up to 30% cheaper! If you order direct from us and collect!
