✨ WHAT. A. DAY. YESTERDAY WAS!!! ✨Where do I even start?! 🥹❤️
Stokesley Show wasn’t just another event for me… this is something I have only ever dreamed of since I was 9 years old🥹
I first entered Stokesley Show when I was just 9, alongside my Gran, in the adult homemade produce entries. I entered a Victoria Sponge cake and somehow came away with “Best in Show”! 🏆🎂
And from that moment, I never stopped❤️ I entered every single year right up until 2022, which was my last year before Freddie arrived and I started Baked By Beth🧁
Fast forward just two years, I got to return to Stokesley Show with my very own Baked By Beth stall and sell out in just a few hours!!! 😭🥹🤍
The amount of lovely comments we had yesterday honestly meant the absolute world to me and they were so nice to hear🥹
We had so many of you coming over saying things like:
💬 “You did my wedding cake!”
💬 “You did my birthday cake!”
💬 “I’ve been following you on Facebook for a while and I just knew I had to try your bakes!”
Every. Single. Comment. Means. SOOOOOO much❤️
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to every single person who came to support me, bought something, stopped for a chat, recommended me to someone or simply said hello🥰
We sold out in just a few hours!!! 🎉 And I’m so sorry to anyone who arrived later and missed out, or came back for more only to find I’d completely sold out! 😂🙈
And finally, the biggest thank you of all goes to my Gran❤️
Without you, Stokesley Show would never have happened for me. From standing beside me at 9 years old, entering that very first Victoria Sponge, right through to watching me return at 26 with my own little business… 🥹 thank you for all those years between🥰
