Something’s bubbling away for you tomorrow…

Inspired by Asian flavours, we’ve been trying, tasting and getting those warm spices just right for our homemade Chicken Tikka…

Tender chicken, a rich, creamy sauce and that little kick that keeps you going back for another mouthful…

We’re absolutely delighted by how much you’re enjoying our jacket potatoes. Although we have to admit, our hearts sink a little when you come in asking for one and we have to tell you we’ve already SOLD OUT — sometimes before 11am!

Thank you so much for trying them, coming back for them and telling others about them. Every single potato is prepared by us with lots of love (and plenty of butter 😉), so seeing how much you’re enjoying them means the world.

Today’s three “jackets” are looking rather lovely…

🌶️ Homemade Beef Chilli — warm, rich and full of flavour

🧀 Cheese & Beans — our own special twist on the classic, with a little extra sprinkles that makes it uniquely ours and is quickly becoming a favourite

🌊 Tuna & Mayo — fresh, creamy tuna over bubbly melted cheese… a little seaside comfort on a potato.

And because clearly we underestimated your potato appetite 😂 we’re putting extra in the ovens from now on, so hopefully nobody has to miss out. We’re also opening our Messenger for advance orders — just drop us a message and we’ll have your jacket waiting for you.

Lunch is looking good at Coffee Station today 😋

Our sandwiches are freshly made, with mozzarella, pesto & tomato, chicken & bacon, and ham salad ready to choose from.

Have yours soft or toasted on our lovely tiger bread.

Morning! There’s a bit of a chill in the air today… the kind that makes you want to wrap your hands around a coffee and take a minute before Friday gets going ☕️

Maybe a fresh pastry to go with it, a bacon or sausage sarnie, or our bacon and cheese toastie — which seems to be everyone’s favourite at the moment, and we can’t blame you .

There’s something really special about building a little business from scratch and watching it slowly become what you imagined. Behind the nice coffees and full counters there are early mornings, late nights, plenty of worrying and a LOT of learning. One minute you’re making sandwiches, the next you’re fixing something, cleaning something, ordering something or trying to remember you also need to post on Facebook. 😂

But then little moments like this happen and you realise all that hard work is actually showing.

We’re incredibly proud to say that Coffee Station has received a 5 ⭐ Food Hygiene Rating!

It means a lot to us because behind all those coffees, freshly made sandwiches, baked potatoes and sweet treats is a lot of hard work and care — and knowing we’re doing it to the highest hygiene standards makes us very proud.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through our little door, tried something we’ve made and supported us along the way. Now… back to feeding you all the good stuff.

Let’s talk about lunch… 

Our potatoes are getting their little rub of oil and salt, ready to bake until golden and crispy. Then it’s butter, a good fluffing and plenty of melting cheese before we load them up in our tasty jackets:

Homemade Beef Chilli,
Cheese & Beans or
Tuna Mayo.

Fluffy, buttery, crispy, cheesy… basically everything a good jacket should be…

Ready from 11am — freshly made for the day, so when they’re gone, they’re gone.
