The Renu in Renu’s kitchen, I’ve been cooking for my family for the last 30 years and opened up my kitchen over the pandemic last year

It’s been a great experience so far cooking for everyone, learning a lot and meeting a lot of new lovely people.

I wanted to thank everyone for their support so far and ordering as it’s been such a pleasure to be able to cook for others and their families

Chilli Paneer 🌶🧀

Deliciously crispy home-made paneer cooked in my special masala sauce with onions, roasted garlic, ginger, fresh bell peppers and celery 🤤🤤

This is one of the most famous Indian starters and rightly so. Packed full of beautiful flavours and crunchy textures it’s not one to miss!

Best of all it’s now available on the menu!🙏 👏🏽👏🏽

This is a great dish enjoyed on its own or with one of the heat at home tiffins

Garlic & coriander masala fish 🧄🥬

The first fish dish I’ve added to my menu! Beautiful chunks of pan fried cod slow cooked in an onion, chilli, coriander and garlic masala to soak up all of the wonderful spices and fragrances.
I squeeze some fresh lemon on this to give it an extra little zest 🍋

Why only have 1 of your 5 a day in a dish when you can have 4!
tender cauliflower, crispy potatoes, crunchy peppers all cooked in a spicy tomato base 🍅🍅

When people tell me Indian food can’t be healthy I always think of this dish, not only is it packed full of vegetables it has the beautiful spicy aromas which Indian food is rightly known for.

My kitchen is about showcasing the wonderful flavours of Indian food with healthy food which you can share with your family just as I do with mine😇😇

Baingan ka Bharta 🍆🍆

Smoked aubergine roasted over fire 🔥 and blended with cardamom, cinnamon, fresh chillies, garlic and fresh ginger.
