米港嘅麵包每日朝早都喺店內新鮮製作，由準備、製造、到一盤盤出爐，都喺我哋每日廚房進行。👨🏻‍🍳

我哋唔係預先整定一大堆，就係想大家食到麵包應有嘅口感——面層香脆、入面鬆軟，最好當然係趁暖食。🤤

下次嚟米港見到一盤盤新鮮出爐，記得趁熱食返個！

Our buns are made fresh at Me Kong every day, from preparation to baking, batch after batch.

We keep making them fresh because that’s when they’re at their best — crisp on top, soft inside, and even better when they’re still warm. 🤤

The Art of Me Kong✍️

There’s a little bit of Hong Kong cinema scene hidden in our artwork. 👀

This piece is inspired by a classic scene from a Hong Kong movie “The God of Cookery” (食神), featuring the phrase 「情與義，值千金」 — roughly meaning “Love and loyalty are worth more than gold.” ❤️

Hong Kong culture is about more than just food. From iconic films and memorable lines to the humour we grew up with, these little references are part of the story we want to bring to Me Kong.

Come for the food, and you might discover a little more of Hong Kong along the way. 🇭🇰✨
