When she’s not with us, you’ll find her sewing, heading out with friends, or getting very competitive over a good old card game! 🃏

Her drink of choice? Aperol Spritz is a classic, but somehow Hugo Spritz always wins! 🍹

And when it comes to food, Zoe goes straight for the Pork Tomahawk, with a Sticky Toffee Pudding to finish — because why would you stop at one favourite? 😍

We are so happy to introduce you to Chef Adi!

He has been part of our family since 2023, bringing years of experience, passion, and an incredible personality to our kitchen.

After serving thousands of beautifully crafted plates in Dubai, Adi continued his culinary journey at Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns.

Beyond being a talented chef, Adi is a true people person. He never starts a shift without giving every member of the team a hug, setting the tone for a positive day ahead.

His favourite dish? Our classic Chateaubriand – a timeless favourite that perfectly reflects his love for quality and flavour.

When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find Adi enjoying long walks with his wife and daughter, capturing special family moments with his camera, or relaxing with a good book.

Adi, we are so proud of you and we are so lucky to have you around us!

What a day!!!

The previous week, we had the privilege to accommodate the Summer Party of ECMWF!

250 guests, endless glasses of fizz, hundreds of ice-cold beers, and over 3,000 handmade canapés freshly prepared by our talented kitchen team.

Freshly made ice cream from Victoria's Ice Cream Cart, stunning event creations by , and a team that kept the smiles, laughter, and exceptional service flowing all day long. And that's only the beginning…

With the sun treating us to a glorious 38°C, it was the perfect setting for an unforgettable event organised for ECMWF. We honestly didn't want the day to end.
