Ladies and gentlemen, this is Justin's motto and since day one is here to help you, help us and we couldn't be more proud of him!!!

Whenever he is not spreading his laugh in The Rising Sun, you will find him somewhere playing volleyball or having a drink with his friends!

His favourite from our brand new Autumn menu is the Malabar monkfish and prawns curry.
Drink wise, he is inviting you for a Happy Hour... A gin tonic for free anyone?

Our chefs are busy behind the scenes, creating our new Autumn menu, which means some of your current favourites might not make the cut.

The Apricot & Harissa Spiced Chicken Tagine and our Houmous & Falafel have been your favourites and yes, they might be leaving us. 😭

Recently graduated with a degree in Journalism, Zoe brings plenty of personality and creativity to the team and serves smiles everywhere...

When she’s not with us, you’ll find her sewing, heading out with friends, or getting very competitive over a good old card game! 🃏

Her drink of choice? Aperol Spritz is a classic, but somehow Hugo Spritz always wins! 🍹

And when it comes to food, Zoe goes straight for the Pork Tomahawk, with a Sticky Toffee Pudding to finish — because why would you stop at one favourite? 😍
