🧀 Ready to take your cheese knowledge to the next level?

Our next Academy of Cheese Level Two course is coming up in September.

Level Two is where we really start to dig a little deeper. We’ll explore how cheese is made, what happens during maturation, how different styles develop their flavours and textures, and — of course — we’ll taste plenty of cheese along the way.

It’s perfect if you’ve already completed Level One and want to continue your cheese journey, whether you work with cheese professionally or you’re simply fascinated by it.

One of my favourite things about teaching these courses is watching people start to make connections between what they’re learning and what they can actually see, smell and taste in the cheese in front of them.

And there is always more to learn about cheese. I’m still learning too!

We are really pleased to support our village community. Today the Pangbourne Thursday Hub have their annual ploughman’s lunch so we’re donating a cheeseboard for each table 👍🏻 After all, cheese is better when enjoyed together!
