Well… that’s the World Cup over for us ⚽🏆
The result wasn’t the one we all wanted, but what a few weeks it’s been. 💔
Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you to every single one of you who came through our doors. Whether you watched one game or every game with us, bought a pint 🍺, grabbed some food 🍔 or simply came to soak up the atmosphere… thank you. You made it what it was. ❤️
Now to the team…
You lot were unbelievable. 👏💪
People only ever see the “Who’s next?” and “Can I get a pint please?” 🍻
They don’t see the hours before opening, the cleaning 🧹, the stock runs 📦, the setting up, the clearing down, staying late 🌙, coming in early 🌅 and doing it all again the next day.
Every single one of you stepped up, and I couldn’t be prouder. ❤️
On a personal note… Teddy Mason is only 6 weeks old 👶❤️. Anyone who knows us knows where we rather have been, but because of this team I knew the business was in safe hands.
You all pulled together without being asked, and I’ll never forget that. 🙌
That’s what makes this place different. It’s not just a pub… it’s a family. ❤️🍻
To every customer who sang, cheered, laughed, celebrated, respected our staff and backed us throughout the tournament… thank you.

We’ll dust ourselves off after the final, have a well-earned breather 🍻, and then we’ll be straight back at it.
