Thai Sour Fermented Pork Sausage is a local food from Northeast Thailand called “Sai Krok Isan" (Isan Sausage). It is made from minced pork, rice, garlic, pepper, and salt. After making, the sausage is dried in the sun for 1-2 days to get a sour taste. Then it is grilled and eaten with vegetables and chili.🌶️
