La Romantica is renowned for its warm welcome and reasonably priced a La Carte Menu, alongside its competitive Set Menus and Sunday Lunch choices with home-made Yorkshire puddings. This 60 seated restaurant is the perfect venue for couples, families and parties who are looking for that traditional Italian ambiance. Silver serviced by experienced waiting staff, this ideal setting caters for birthdays, weddings and private hire. As advertised on our website we offer exclusive Themed Cabaret Nights which includes a three course meal. An extensive wine list is complemented by our house Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Rose by bottle or by the glass. Why not start off with an aperitif of chilled sparkling Prosecco or an ice cold bottle of Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Our menu offers a diverse range of authentic rustic Italian dishes, using locally sourced fresh produce. We take pride in serving our famously known Mussels Meniere and King Prawns Florida as well as our homemade Italian pie, just like Mama used to make! Try one of our specialities of the house Grilled Whole Rack of English Lamb served with a honey, rosemary and mint jus, or Spaghetti Marinara, all served with a free selection of seasonal vegetables. Any speciality orders such as Lobster or Dover Sole can be placed with us but require 48 hours’ notice. Our Head Chef prides himself on and specialises in fresh home-made desserts, the perfect ending to an Italian culinary experience. Why not finish off with a traditionally chilled Limoncello or Amaretto liqueur. We look forward to serving you at our family run businesses.
