🌿 A little reminder from The Granary Ranworth 🌿
What a season it has been! ❤️
As you can see from this photo, The Granary gets incredibly busy, especially during the peak summer months. We are a small, independent business, working hard every day to look after our customers and give you the best experience we possibly can.
We just wanted to clarify a couple of things following an incident yesterday.
🥓 Breakfast finishes at 10.30am and on many days we are completely sold out before then.
🥪 Lunch finishes at 3pm, and again, we can and do sell out of certain items before this time.
When we’re busy, our kitchen and front-of-house teams are working flat out. There are only so many meals we can prepare and so many people we can serve at once. We completely understand that nobody likes being told that something has sold out or that breakfast has finished, but abusing, shouting at or being rude to our staff is simply not acceptable.
Our team are here working hard, often under huge pressure, and they deserve to be treated with the same respect and courtesy that we show our customers.
We will always do our very best to accommodate everyone, but we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff. ❤️
We genuinely appreciate every single person who visits, supports and recommends our little independent business. Without you, we wouldn’t be here.
So please bear with us when we’re busy, be kind to our team and remember that behind The Granary is a small group of people working incredibly hard to keep things running.
