The Sunshine is available by the jug, which tells you everything you need to know! This cocktail tastes like a Solero reimagined as something bright, clear and sparkling. It's made up of coconut rum, mango, passion fruit, peach liqueur, pineapple, lime, vanilla, orange and cava, clarified through a milk-wash to keep it clean and crisp.

Sweet, smooth, dangerously drinkable. Named after the Cleo Sol track – you've got to come and try one of these before the summer is out!
