Giorgio Pizza & Pasta is currently hiring experienced Pizza Chefs with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine. We are a well-regarded Italian restaurant, known for our traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and dedication to quality.
We are looking for individuals who have hands-on experience preparing pizza and working in Italian kitchens.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pizza chef, preferably in a traditional Italian kitchen
-Skilled in dough preparation, hand-stretching
-Understanding of Italian ingredients and cooking methods
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Team player with a strong work ethic
-Commitment to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to order
-Assist in preparing fresh dough, sauces, and other ingredients daily
-Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high standards are met
-Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
