Congratulations to Mary and Geoff celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary! I was honoured to make the cake and learn a new technique of making roses with a piping tip and creating gold effect. The biggest and heaviest cake I have ever made. The bottom tier was 12’ and the top was 9’ all made with buttercream icing.
