What an honour to be asked to create my besties mums 50th birthday cake.

When I was sent the inspo photos of course I recreated celestial cake.

I have been wanting to recreate this style for so long and I’m SO happy with the end result😍

The moon is a raspberry and pistachio flavour and the sun is a chocolate cake 🎂

A massive shoutout to for saving the day by loaning me the mold for the finishing touches, as since moving house all of my cake supplies have been a little bit all over the place.

LOVED creating this colourful vintage wedding cake this past weekend.

So nice to do something a bit different for a wedding!

Sasha was the perfect client, sending me a few inspo photos and allowed me to do my thing, which I have always said allows me to create my best work.

The couple chose a red velvet base, with a salted caramel top tier.

Such a lovely reception area at the The Albion Rooms in Margate.

First long rectangle cake

I had SO much fun creating this cake for a couple who are from London but got married in Margate!

Such a stunning venue right on the sea front. Fabulous food, delicious drinks and all round good vibes here. The staff were so lovely, asking me if I needed assistance setting up.

If you can’t tell by the pictures, this cake was HUGE. Red velvet sponge, with my cream cheese, mascarpone filling and vanilla bean buttercream.

This was such a joy to make and hopefully I’ll do many more in the future.

✨1st wedding cake of the year ✨

A gorgeous two tier cake with spring florals to match their theme. Church Street Florists of course handled the flowers for me! Did such an amazing job.

A chocolate fudge sponge, salted caramel filling and chocolate buttercream chosen by the bride for the bottom tier.
And a funfetti sponge, raspberry jam filling and vanilla buttercream for the top tier, chosen by the groom.

All encased with white chocolate ganache to try and beat the 33c heatwave we had over the bank holiday weekend!

This cake was for our lovely friends who got married at on Sunday, it was the most magical day. Lots of laughs, dancing and memories made.
