Amazing Art On Display

St Lawrence College Junior School are staging an exhibition of some of the wonderful art work that has been produced this year by children in Key Stage 2, at Gerry's Coffee and Art House, Albert Court, Ramsgate. Mr Hawke, their Art Teacher and organiser of the exhibition, says that this a fantastic opportunity to see some of the brilliant artwork produced by the Junior school children and have a cup of coffee at the same time. Work ranges from Aboriginal Dream Art created by children in year 3 to Impressionist Landscapes produced by year 4. Imaginative paintings of an ants eye view of the world by year 5 and pastel drawings of the Titanic seconds before disaster strikes, created by year 6. The exhibition runs from 14th July to 11th August. This is an exhibition you must come and see.
