I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be running a brand-new postnatal fitness group for new mums and babies at Mother Zen, Ramsbottom.

This 4-week course is designed specifically for mums who are 6 weeks+ postnatal and ready to safely rebuild strength, confidence and fitness in a supportive, welcoming environment.
