Stallholders and vendors are being sought for Haydon Village Day, taking place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 12:00 PM onwards at the Haydon Que & Social Club and Village Hall in Radstock.

Organizers are currently accepting applications for local crafters, food suppliers, and various activity stalls to join the community festivities.
The event will feature live local bands, a bustling atmosphere, and great foot traffic. Organizers are specifically looking for a variety of stalls and services to make the day a huge success.

Stalls currently required include:
Artisans & Retail: Local crafters, unique gifts, and market traders
Food & Drink: Hot food suppliers, cake stalls, and sweet stalls
Children's Entertainment: Face painting, glitter tattoos, bouncy castles, and mini fairground attractions
Other: Car boot pitches and marquee/gazebo traders

How to get involved:If you are interested in booking a pitch or running a stall, please contact the organizers at the Haydon Que & Social Club by messaging on Facebook or by emailing [email protected].

Be sure to include what you will be selling or providing.
