A UNIQUE 24-HOUR SOURDOUGH PIZZA RECIPE

24 hours to make, 2 minutes to cook. We use a special blend of organic flours to create a pizza dough with a light, puffy crust, and crispy base.

After months of development, Sourdough 2.0 was born. It helps create a mild sour taste and slightly chewey crust. We are very proud of it.

You won’t find it anywhere other than Luisa’s.
