Before tomorrow nights 3rd place playoff game I just wanted to say a massive thank you! Thanks to those who chose to watch the World Cup with us, wether you joined us for one England game, or all of them! ❤️

The atmosphere has been incredible. You guys were the best football fans: good spirited, well behaved and kind to the staff who worked tiredlessly to help make your World Cup experience one to remember. Especially that 1am match that actually became a 2am match 😭😴

And, of course, I wanna say a massive thanks to Team Oak - you guys have smashed busy matches in a heatwave and I couldn’t be more happy with my little squad ❤️

😲 Well, the last few days have been a bit mental - our carnival Toy Story display went viral on TikTok 🤯

We were all ready to paint the pub back to normal, BUT seeing as so many people want to see it we’re keeping the display up a bit longer 😁 You have until midnight on Saturday 25th to get your pictures with the Oak Story pub 😝

P.s. Unfortunately, due to damage sustained to the Buzz Lightyear box due to some gusty winds we’ve had to remove it. But all the other elements are still there 🤩

🤞 Lets hope Disney don't sue us 😂

🌻 Come down and see some fantastic traders. We've got everything from beautiful florals and home decor to jewellery & clothing 💍

Need to keep the little ones entertained then we've got face painting, mini childrens rides & our free craft activity but thats a secret for now 🤫

🎉 Radcliffe On Trent Charity Carnival 🎉

One of the biggest days in the Radcliffe calender is just over a week away 🤗.

& you guessed it, we're busy in between England Matches crafting away on our next crazy display 🙈

Yup Ewans got his painting top on and its already covered and thanks to his partner Mia helping, they now know their relationship can survive the next big test......Ikea furniture 😂😂

💰 Breakfast Bingo was Scorchio 🥵

It's another roasting day but we're buzzing to say that todays Breakfast Bingo was our busiest to date!

There was a great atmosphere, a few naughty calls and even some false calls (🙈) but we managed to give away over £350 in prizes 😲

Thanks to The Pantry for delicious breakfast cobs & to the staff for working so hard in this heat!

🥒 THE FIRST HARVEST 🥒

It might be small but it's mighty 😂 and i think we can tell from Chris face how delighted he is!

The first harvest of delicious raddishes from our growing patch in the beer garden & looks like theirs lots more fruit and veg on its way. (Tomato chutney anyone 😂)

For those who don't know, earlier this year with the help of some amazing businesses and volunteers, we took a ugly disused patch of the garden and set out to do good. By growing a selection of fruit and veg to donate to different charities & to our customers.

We've followed suit of the other 4 pubs on the 'On Trent Trail' and done a Tap Take Over.

🥳 We opted to showcase Wishbone Brewery from Keighley in West Yorkshire. These guys are celebrating 22 years of brewing this year. 🥳

We've got a lovely selection of their modern British Classic beers the delivery consistancy and flavour. A perfect pint from start to finish ❤️

Pop down, grab a pint (or 3) & don't forget your stamp to enter the prize draw 😁
