These are the last cask b**rs joining us at The Sportsman for B**rfest, these are the darker ales, porters and stouts which includes one brewed specially to celebrate our freehold purchase!& ;
🍺 Left Handed Giant · Dark Mild · 3.4% ABV
Dark malt, caramel and hedgerow berries brewed at LHG’s brewpub, on a site where mild has been brewed as far back as 1867. (Vegan)
🍺 Newtown Brewery · Freehold · 4.1% ABV
A b**r brewed specially to celebrate The Sportsman’s freehold purchase, courtesy of one of the UK’s smallest breweries. A particularly lovely one to have on our line-up!
🍺 Atom · Beaufort · 4.5% ABV
An Irish-style dry stout with roasted barley bringing dryness and depth, rounded off with a touch of caramel.
🍺 Kissingate Brewery & Taproom · Old · 4.8% ABV
A traditional dark old ale from a barn brewery specialising in historic styles, with dark malt, biscuit, oak and a thread of smoke.
🍺 Fivepoints · Railway Porter · 4.8% ABV
Seven British malts, Maris Otter, Brown, Crystal, Chocolate, Munich, Dark Crystal and Black combined with East Kent Goldings in a recipe that has been unchanged since its first brew.
🍺 Kissingate · Six Crows · 6.6% ABV
Molasses, bourbon, oak and woodsmoke in a strong ale that has twice won CAMRA London & South East gold in its category.
