I am so glad that finally, We are being listened to.

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester , Christian Wakeford MP, Bury Labour Group , Labour North West , Elsie Blundell - MP for Heywood & Middleton North.

We All have known for a long time that these 'high street' shops have Not contributed their fare share of income to society, they have been money laundering, human trafficking, grooming, employing illegal immigrants, drug dealing and so on.

And now finally realising All these years, and I have been campaigning for years.
The collaboration of agencies and councils are getting the resources to tackle this issue.

If you tackle the dodgy shops, you tackle everything, it is a domino effect.

Also, I am hoping that in the October budget that All these shops start paying business rates and Will Not get Small Business rate relief and have to pay Vat and paye/nics.

If your RV (rateable value) is below 12k, the occupier Does Not pay any business rates to the council, regardless of turnover of revenue

The threshold to pay Vat to HMRC is 90k, so all the 'dodgy shops revenue turnover is 89k, they operate as cash only.

Illegal immigrants working in these shops get paid by cash by the owner(s), so No paye or national insurance contributions to DWP.

If the government is serious, they have the power to change legislations then that Will raise Billions of pounds to give to our public services.

All these years these shops have Not paid business rates, vat, paye/nics, it is Not Fair for the compliant and legitimate business, who are struggling and closing down.

Councils must have more power, resources and start collecting revenue from the 'dodgy shop'.

We Are Overwhelmed With The Continued Love And Support from the Great Community and Society we Serve.

We Will Always try our best to cook and serve Our freshly cooked Bangladeshi and Indian food for You.

Our doors are open and we welcome you All to enjoy the ambience and atmosphere with your family, friends and loved ones.

We All Know it is a struggle to live and work for a while now and pubs and restaurants, etc, are a form of Respite for our Well Being, mental health, social skills, etc.

We are Offering the 10% discount of the bill to All families who come in with their children including our Sunday Banqueting and Tandoori nights till end of August.

We Look forward to seeing you All in Our Pubs and Restaurants in Our Prestwich and our surroundings.

It's Good to see, Finally Some Justice and Fairness is Happening.

Dear All

I Hope You are all keeping well.

I just want to say - Thank You, that you have listened to us and Now with the collaboration of the Councils, GMP, Trading standards, licensing team, home office, you are All putting a stop to the 'dodgy shops'.

You All know that I have been raising my concerns with Councillors, Council leaders, Mp's, Ministers, HM Treasury, Voa and Hmrc for a long time now.

At Covid time Bury and Rochdale Councils and All the Council in the country gave 10k and 25k to Every Single Business in the Boroughs and All the Boroughs in the country.

All the barbers shops, v**e shops, takeaways, nails shops, chicken shops car washes received that free grant - Yet they Do Not pay business rates because their RV is below the 15k threshold.

They Do Not pay VAT because they only declare under 90k Vat yearly, which is the threshold for Vat.

They Do Not pay Paye/Nics because they Do Not declare their employees full hours and also they employ illegal immigrants.

They are drug dealing, drug trafficking, human trafficking, grooming, money laundering and more.

We have known this for a long time and All the Councils have the information and details of all those shops in their boroughs.

The Accountants whose clients are those shops above must have creditabilty with the councils and companies house with Dwp and Hmrc.

I have had to let staff go recently because I cannot afford to pay the wages and if nothing changes I will not be able to pay any bills and I will have to close the restaurant after 18 years.

I know that the councils cannot change lesgislations but now that Andy Burnham is the Prime Minister and he has promised to give local government and Councils more power.

I have emailed you All for a long time now and I have had meetings with some of you and All of you know me.

I have Always tried to keep my principals, integrity and scrupples and I have Hope and Faith it will get better for All of us, decent, hard working class tax payers and law abiding citizens.

We Hope you are All Enjoying the beautiful weather we are having.

We have joined the Great British Summer Savings Sceme.

So 7 days a week till the 1st of September, Any family with children that dine in the restaurant will receive a 10 % discount of the meal.

We Look forward to seeing you all and serve our freshly cooked foood.

We are so blessed and humble to be part of this wonderful community and communitues near and far.

It has been tough for most of us decent, hardworking class people, tax payers and law abiding citizens.

Good Morning to you All

If you wish to read my email below I sent to the incoming Prime Minister, ministers, mp's, oouncil leaders, councillors, hmrc and hm treasury :

Dear All

I Hope You Are All Keeping Well and I Hope this email reaches you All.

Please, if anyone minds me sending these emails, please let me know as I Do Not want to be doing anything wrong

I am at the stage now that I have had to reduce my staffs hours and days, it is Not a nice thing to do as it's their livlihoods, But i have to make this decisions because of what this country is doing to the decent, hardworking tax payers and law abiding citizens.

I have been raising my conerns to All of you for nearly 5 years now.

If the situation Does Not change then I have No choice but to close the restaurant as for the past 4 weeks, it has been the worst, since I have been here for 18 years, there was Parklife, then the heatwave, football, then another heatwave this week and cost of living.

I am happy for the pubs, they should do well, with the Football but the complaint restaurants it is Impossible to do well now.

I am glad that the local Labour MP's and Councillors are stepping up now and Hopefully Andy will become Prime Minister.

Andy has been receiving my emails, like yourselves, this is the Last Chance to work with us and make Great Britain Great Again.

I Can Not Compete against the restaurants and Takeaways who Do Not Contribute their fair share of income to society - We All Know this and it is Not Fair.

All my life, I have had to struggle, fight my way in life, I am a Surivivor and I have had to make tough choices and decisions, i came from nothing and I will Not let my restaurant go without a fight.

1) reduce the Vat from 20% to 10%
2) reduce the Vat threshold to 20k, so every business in the high street is Compliant and pays Vat.
3) No tax avoidance, No tax evasion.
4) reduce the business rate threshold to 0 and reduce the RV and multiplier, so every business in the high street is Compliant and pays BR.
5) Make the Accountants accountable for the restaurants and takeaways, along with Complanies house and DWP, HMRC.

If I had No scrupples, integrity, principals, I would Not be emailing You All and raising my concerns.

I would just be a Non-Compliant business and would be Cash Only and Will Not declare the restaurant takings over 90k a year, just like 80% of restaurants and takeaways, so I Will Not pay any Vat, however as now I am paying 45k a year.

I do have Hope and Faith and I have No Doubt, that it will get better for us, decent, hardworking tax payers and law abiding ciiizens.

I am also glad that my local Labour MP's have risen their voices on the leader of the rochdale grooming gangs finally.

I have been a victim of abuse in my childhood, so I know and have worn the shoes of them helpless, vulnerable and neglected children.

None of you have been in our shoes, but you have compassion and empathy and the labour values, morals and principals, so Do The Right Thing For Us and With Us.

Good Morning To You All

We Hope You Are All Keeping Well and enjoying the beautiful weather we are having in Our Country.

Tomorrow is the start of the Government's British Summer Scheme.

The Government has reduced the Vat from 20% to 5% from 27th June to 1st September for our
Children of Great Britain.

We are joining the scheme as a Vat payer for the incentive the Government has given us.

We Will reduce All the childrens meals, 7 days a week for 2 months by 10%.

This Government's incentive is to help the hospitality industry, attraction and theme parks, zoo's, soft play areas, etc, if they join in the scheme by reducing their prices.

The important thing is for Our children to have fun and enjoy themselves over the summer period.

To me, the most important thing is for our unprivelged children and parents who are now able to take the oppurtunity of the scheme.

I didn't have a 'normal' or priveleged uppringing as a child, so unfortunately I didn't have the priveledge of enjoying myself and having fun and having outings with parents.

However when I became a parent, I was priviledged to work hard and pay my way in life and took my children everywhere I could and still am.

So, I am glad that the Governmemt is trying to do the right thing for us.

I have the Hope and Faith that things Will get better for us living and working in our country.

We look forward to seeing you All and enjoying our freshly cooked food and enjoying the company of your family, friends and loved ones.

Good Afternoon to you All.

As we All Know - Parklife at Heaton Park is once upon us again next week and hope it's a huge success for them and for our society.

Please support the local community and for the businesses and residents of the area - We All know it is a difficult time for us.

We are open through out Parklife as normal to dine in, takeaways and deliveries, but please bear in mind the timescale for deliveries..

Also it is Father's day next sunday and we will be so grateful and honoured if we have the opportunity to cook our freshly cooked food and serve to your father, dad, grandfather at our restuarant or your humble obode.
