💛 Thank You From Playspace 💛

As many of you know, Playspace has now closed, and I just want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. Your kindness, loyalty, and encouragement have meant more than I can ever express.

It has truly been a privilege to welcome so many families through our doors and be part of so many special memories.

The building will be transferring to the new owners at the end of the month, and we’re excited to see something new and wonderful coming to the space soon. ✨

Before then, we’ll be holding a Toy Sale on Friday 13th February, so please pop in if you’d like to give some of our much-loved toys a new home. 🧸💛

Thank you again for being part of the Playspace journey — it’s been unforgettable.

We can’t quite believe it, but we only have 3 weeks left before Playspace closes.

🕘 Opening times:
• Tuesday – Thursday: 9:15am & 11:00am sessions
• Friday: 9:00am & 11:00am sessions
• Friday afternoons from 1:00pm: Open play
• From 3:00pm on Fridays: Craft Club or Pottery Sessions available to book

We’d love to see you before we go, so please come and visit us and make some last memories 🤍

Fairy House Pottery Painting Event 🧚‍♀️

We’re excited to add another pottery painting event — this time with our fairy house pottery ✨

🗓 Friday 6th February
⏰ No strict start time — arrive anytime from 3:00pm and paint until 5:30pm
🎨 Only 7 fairy houses available

📝 Booking info:
• Booking required
• Only those painting need to book
• Each painter may bring up to 2 non-painting guests

✨ This will be our last day open for sessions, so we’d love to see you there as we say goodbye.

Spaces are extremely limited, so please book quickly to avoid missing out!

We’ve had to remove the original booking post as some pottery items sold out very quickly, and a few bookings came through in error — thank you for your patience 🤍

⏰ No strict start time — arrive anytime after 3:00pm and paint until 5:30pm
💰 £15 per money bank (reduced price due to closing)
🎨 Limited stock remaining

If you’d like to book, please send us a DM and we’ll let you know which pottery items are still available before confirming your place. Pottery must be chosen at the time of booking.

Thank you for your understanding — once the remaining stock is gone, that will be it!

🎄 Christmas Closure Notice 🎄

Come join us for our last two days of play before we close for Christmas! Playspace will be open on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th December 2025 for normal play sessions.

We will then close from Wednesday 17th December 2025 and reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2026.

This does not affect any private hires that have already been booked.

We can’t wait to see you for some festive fun before the holidays! ✨

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision that, for personal reasons, I’m unable to continue running Playspace.

Playspace has been such a special place — full of laughter, connection, and community — and I’d love to see it continue to thrive under new ownership.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to take on a well-loved local business that could continue as a play café or be transformed into a traditional café — the choice is yours! ☕🧸

Please note that Playspace will continue to operate as usual until spring 2026, so our doors remain open and everything will run as normal in the meantime. 💛
