What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during busy shifts.
Running smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards.
Welcoming guests, building relationships with our regulars, and ensuring every visitor has a fantastic experience.
Motivating and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Maintaining a calm, organised approach during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a busy pub or restaurant environment.
A confident and reliable leader with excellent communication skills.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead from the front.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing first-class customer service.
