After a massive unexpected bill and phoning everyone who was personally affected I’m glad to say it’s business as normal 🫡, I’ll be starting my Oxford Masters in October so you might see less of me during service but the standards will be just as high from my amazing team

EMERGENCY WE HAVE TO SHUT: We have to close right now.

We were fully booked, gas has completely gone down, our ventilation system broke at 5pm and we open at 6pm. I’ve called everyone i know but it can’t get fixed before we open

We’ve never shut the restaurant this late and i’ve phone everyone who’s booked and I’m so sorry. I’ll try my best to make it up to those who booked tonight if you rebook for later

Mum makes the best Thai Green Curry, so here’s an authentic recipe to make at home!

It’s a dish I’ve grown up with and most I’ve tasted in the UK lack the aromatic Thai green chilli flavours & are too sweet - so here’s how it should taste:

- Coconut Milk (Chaokoh)
- Mae Ploy Green Curry Curry Paste
- Salt
- Sugar
- Sweet Basil
- Green & Red Peppers

SAVING OUR THAI RESTAURANT: 2 Years Later
