A little update on our exterior… 🏡
As many of you have noticed, the scaffolding will be staying up a little longer while the final stages of our refurbishment are completed.
The render is due to be completed (weather permitting) by 10th July, with the scaffolding and traffic management currently expected to be completely removed by 15th July.
As part of the refurbishment, a section of the exterior wall had to be fully rebuilt to make the building safe and secure for many years to come. While the major work is now complete, the new render needs around 3–4 weeks to cure properly. As with any external project, we’re working around the weather to ensure it’s finished correctly—very hot temperatures or heavy rain can both cause delays.
Once the render has fully cured, the remaining decorative finishes and new signage can be completed using a cherry picker, giving the outside the finishing touches it deserves.
We know the scaffolding isn’t the grand reveal we’d hoped for, but we promise you this… the inside is incredible and absolutely worth the wait. ❤️
