Damian, Tilly, Lynn, Caitlyn and Ruby. That's who signed the welcome board by the door.

Three chalkboards on the wall as you walk in. Welcome to the, then Stanley Arms, and the five names chalked on the board beside them. Tilly did them herself, by hand, in frames, signed off more like a card than a sign.

Damian took this place on in July. Seven weeks on and plenty of you have been in since. Plenty of you still haven't.

Settle this for us. Half twelve on Saturday, the derby or the Newcastle game? We can only give one of them the surround sound .

Preston v Blackburn is at Deepdale at half twelve on Sky. Newcastle v Bournemouth kicks off at exactly the same time on TNT. Seven screens means both are on. One set of speakers means one of them gets heard.

We're not going to guess at it. Tell us below and whichever one gets the most, gets the sound.

After that, AFC Fylde are at home at Mill Farm at 3, home and away fans welcome before the match five minutes up the road, so there'll be a few walking past the door. Hull v Villa is on Sky at half five.

Thursday is pool night, and there's a new cloth on that table with barely a mark on it. That won't last.

A pound a game, any night you fancy it. Tag the one person you reckon you could finally beat. Not three mates and a shrug. The one.

And Thursday the team are at home at 8 for the last fixture of the summer league. Come and make a bit of noise for them.

We asked you what time we should open. You told us. From today we open at 4.

A few weeks back we put the hours back to 2 o'clock and then asked you straight whether you'd actually use it. Between what you said in the comments and what the till says about 2 til 4, the answer was pretty clear.

So from today: Monday to Thursday we're open 4 til half 11. Friday and Saturday 12 til 12. Sunday 12 til half 10.

And the bigger one. We're open on Mondays now. Every Monday, not just bank holidays.

Monday's a bank holiday and we're open 12 til 11, our first one since we got the keys.

We've been shut Mondays since we changed the hours, so tomorrow's the exception. Villa v Arsenal is on at 8 to finish the weekend off.

Tag who you're bringing. They're off work too, that's the whole point. 🍻

Home and away fans, you're welcome in here before the game and after it. Get something off Rosie on your way past.

Not going? Palace v Man City is on at 8. And the weekend doesn't stop there: Saturday it's Liverpool v Forest and Blackpool v Peterborough at 12.30 and Spurs v Newcastle at 5.30, Sunday it's Aberdeen v Rangers at 12, the choice of 3 x 2 o'clock picks and Man United v Ipswich at 4.30.

Honest question, and we want honest answers. What time should this place actually open?

Tuesday to Thursday We put the hours back to 2 o'clock a few weeks ago and the 2 til 4 stretch has been dead. Not quiet. Dead. The school holidays finish this week and we'd rather ask you than keep guessing and changing it every fortnight.

We also currently open on Friday Saturday and Sunday at 12 midday.

So tell us straight. Would you use it at 2? Would you rather we opened at 4 and stayed open later? Something else entirely?

We're not promising to please everyone, but we will read every answer and we'll tell you what we decide. 🍺
