Front of House Team Member (30 Hours per Week)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team on a 30-hour-per-week contract.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Taking orders and processing payments accurately
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout front of house areas
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
* Working effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
* Previous front of house or hospitality and barista experience is essential
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
