Eating a healthy meal
I had a every day too

We recommend for the best benefits not to eat or drink caffeine, just juice.

Over the next few weeks im going to carry on eating healthily and juicing once a week. Gradually adding in training.

Sorry for lack of information in last 24 hours we have been back in hospital with our new born.

Tea time 😁 no filter needed

To achieve the average 6lb weight loss we always say just juice.

I am not using the juice just for weight loss im adding the nutrition and vitamins ive missed out on eating crap constantly on the move in between businesses.

So i am having 5 juices plus a healthy meal and coffee/tea whenever i feel like it, throwing in the odd fruit.

I feel 100 times better 😁

So i have recently promised my family that i will look after myself before our bank account. I can't look after my family im im not here!!
