Passionate about all things coffee, artisan pastries & play, Hali & Lulu opened its doors in 2023. Since becoming proud parents in 2021, we needed a banging coffee more than ever before and wanted to create an environment family friendly enough, where we could enjoy our daily coffee and also allow our cute energy stealers a space to be free. Hali & Lulu went on a journey to find the best roasters

in London and after tasting a lot of coffee (this is how we got through the 2 under 2 stage) we found our roasters in the heart of Brixton. We are proud to be bringing the best coffee London has to offer to Potters Bar and are certain you'll get that eyes closed ahh feeling with every sip. We figured the last thing you would want whilst enjoying some quality time with your coffee & cake is a loud plastic toy screaming twinkle twinkle little star on repeat 10,000 times. The Montessori method means your child will have the opportunity to get hands-on with 'real' toys. Playing but ultimately learning in a space that encourages their natural curiosity. It is proven that babies, toddlers and kids require childhood stimulation for brain development. It helps your baby reach developmental milestones faster, have better muscle regulation and have good motor coordination. Its a win win for the whole family! We are super passionate about making Hali & Lulu a community led coffee shop so would love to hear from you all. Please pop in to say 'hey' so we can get to know our neighbours and friends.

☀️ A little summer update from us 🌿

As the warmer days roll in, we’re making a few seasonal changes so our lovely team can enjoy a little sunshine too.

💛 We’ll be closed on Sundays throughout summer.

We’ll also be taking a short break for a little TLC and maintenance from Thursday 27th August – Monday 31st August, before reopening with our regular hours (including Sundays!) from 1st September.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our little shop. We can’t wait to welcome you in for your coffee, cake and play dates all summer long (just not on Sundays 😉).

We’ll miss you almost as much as our extra shot of coffee. 🤍☕🌼

Calling all little explorers aged 3–6! 🌟

We’re delighted to bring a fun-filled Paddington Drama Adventure to Hali & Lulu, where imagination takes centre stage! Through storytelling, role play, movement, and creative play, children will step into Paddington’s world and embark on their very own theatrical journey.

Led by Little Larks Theatre, this interactive drama session is designed to build confidence, encourage communication, spark creativity, and most importantly, create lots of smiles and laughter along the way! 🎭✨

Children will enjoy imaginative role-play activities inspired by everyone’s favourite bear, explore drama skills through play, and even get involved in a special marmalade sandwich-making activity! 🍞🍊

Whether your little one loves adventures, storytelling, or simply having fun with new friends, this is the perfect opportunity to let their imagination run wild.

We’re teaming up with Glittery Parties to bring you the most exciting slime event of the summer! 🦄🌈

Join us for a magical slime-making experience packed with creativity, music, dancing, and endless fun. Little ones can create their own sparkly slime masterpiece after hitting the dance floor for a high-energy mini disco.

Choose from three exciting themed sessions:

🦸 Superheroes & Princesses (10:30am)
Become a hero or royalty while creating awesome slime and dancing the morning away.

🎤 K-Pop Party (12:00pm)
Create colourful slime, enjoy K-pop vibes, and dance like a superstar at our mini disco.

🐰 Labubu Party (1:30pm)
Make your own adorable slime buddy and bounce along to the beat in this cute and creative session.
