4 YEARS OF THIS MADNESS… AND WE’VE GOT THE GREY HAIRS TO PROVE IT

Today marks 4 years since we opened the doors to our Potters Bar shop… and honestly, we’re still wondering who trusted us with that decision.

What started in lockdown as a small delivery setup (with big dreams and not much of a clue) somehow turned into TWO full-on shops… built on graft, late nights, early mornings… and a questionable number of festival hangovers along the way.

Since then?
A few awards 🏆
A LOT of wings 🍗
And thousands of you legends through the doors ❤️

But the real story’s the people.

Our unreal team, past and present, who’ve put in the work, kept the vibes high, and helped turn this into something special.

Our customers backing us, repping us, dragging their mates in, and keeping us busy from day one.

Big shout to all the amazing wing traders we’ve met over the years, especially through festivals, who’ve become proper friends. You lot know who you are ❤️

4 years in… a few more grey hairs, plenty of stories (some we definitely can’t post ), and we’re still just getting started.

Same passion. Same chaos. Same seriously banging food

WE DID A THING… AGAIN!

Right… who let this happen then?

What started in lockdown as a “let’s just try deliveries and see what happens” kinda thing…

somehow turned into a full-on shop nearly 4 years ago today. No clue what we were doing half the time — just winging it (literally) and hoping for the best.

Fast forward… a few, well, a lot of grey hairs later, a couple of trophies on the shelf, including the one that hit this week “Burger & Wing Bar of the Year 2026”… no big deal, and a LOT of graft…

Now we’re opening STORE NUMBER TWO tomorrow. Madness. Proper madness.

But seriously, this doesn’t happen without all our past and present unreal team members. The ones who show up, work hard and keep the vibes high. You lot are the backbone of everything.

And to all the amazing friends and new family we’ve made along the way, especially through festivals like Wingfest. Where it all gets a bit rowdy and a lot saucy… You know who you are. From day one support, to queueing up, to backing us again and again… you’ve been part of this journey more than you probably realise.

And of course, every single one of you that’s ordered, shared, tagged, dragged your mates down, or just believed in what we’re doing — we owe you big time.
Same huge energy. Same obsession with banging food. Just… more of it!
