We source our rump steak from Tullymore Lodge Farm Shop, where the beef is local, quality and traceable right back to the farm.

When you start with a great piece of meat, why would we go to all that troubleโ€ฆ just to cook the life out of it? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Our steak is cooked to order and served pink, juicy and full of flavour, then loaded into our focaccia with black pepper mayo and onion marmalade.

It's one of those dishes where the ingredients don't need much messing about, just quality produce, proper cooking and a very good sandwich.

So if you're a well-done steak personโ€ฆ we still love you.
But we might quietly shed a tear when we see that steak going back on the grill. ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ˜‚

After another busy weekend in Portstewart, we think the town might finally get to take a little breath. ๐Ÿ˜‚

The Promenade will still have its buzz, the harbour will still be busy and there'll be plenty happening around town.

But you might actually be able to walk along the Prom without having to weave through half the population of Northern Ireland. ๐Ÿ‘€

Thereโ€™s something lovely about Portstewart when things quieten down a little. A slower wander, the sound of the sea, a bit of fresh air and time to actually take in the view.

And of course, thatโ€™s when Ebb is right here waiting for you.

Thereโ€™s something pretty special about being able to watch the lobster arrive at Portstewart Harbour, knowing it only has a very short journey before it reaches Ebb.

Local lobster, delivered fresh, prepared by our chef and turned into one of our much-loved Lobster Rolls.

No long journeys. No unnecessary fuss.

Just fresh local produce, handled properly and served while itโ€™s at its best. ๐Ÿฆž

And because these are locally caught, theyโ€™re a seasonal treat, when theyโ€™re gone, theyโ€™re gone!
