Lots of you have been asking to see our new menu, and we've been just as excited to share it with you but be completely honest, we've had a few challenges along the way. With the rising cost of pretty much everything, while trying to create a menu that's fresh, creative, delicious, and still affordable has become harder than ever.

I think most cafes, restaurants, pubs etc will all say the same at the moment. There's zero money to be made and most people are carrying on because they love it not because it's easy. And this is why we are supporting the fight for the government to lower hospitality VAT in line with the rest of Europe.

But this aside, we've tweaked, tested, and refined it time and time again to make sure we got it just right.

But the wait is finally over, here it is!

Thank you all for your patience and continued support. We can't wait for you to come and give it a try. We truly appreciate each any every one of you that walk through our door even if it's just for a quick coffee.

Good morning Southsea! 🌱

As you may have already seen we are launching our brand new menu this week. has given this one a lot of thought and we've decided to really take our food offering to the next level. He wants to work with the seasons, keep it fresh and elevate it to a whole new level of brunch like you've not seen anywhere else.

We don't just change a few diahes, we change the entire menu and we make it more epic than the one before. That's what makes us Offbeet. While it's sad to see your favourites go, you always find a new favourite with something you've probably never seen on offer before. And that's something we are really proud of. Because this takes time and fine tuning every element, we will be keeping our kitchen closed again today to perfect everything in time for the launch tomorrow.

We are still open as normal for cake (this Notella and Oreo cake included) and coffee as well as some awesome filled freshly baked focaccia sandwiches.

Our kitchen will reopen tomorrow at 10:30am for the first look at our brand new menu options! See you there!

Our Bombay Benedict 'Omelette'. Curry spiced 'omelette', filled with smoked carrot 'salmon', cashew cream cheese and salad aloo potatoes. Finished with hollandaise sauce and onion bhajis.
