Another glorious week ahead… and we might even get to enjoy some sunshine! ☀️😏

Our first stop this week sees us back in the city for lunch on Thursday! Takeaway available for all, and our loyalty cards are back for the summer 😎🍔 We look forward to seeing you there!

Friday, we’re back in Portsmouth at Portsmouth Cricket, serving from 5pm. The bar is open to everyone from 5pm too! Think holiday beach vibes while the kids play away on the cricket field 🏏☀️

We’re excited to be joining the team at Swinley Bike Club on Friday evening. We can’t wait to meet you all and serve up some burgers after a day on the trails! 🚴🍔

Saturday… it’s been a while… 👀

We’re heading back to The Brew Forest for the Lymington Non-Seafood Fest! Expect cold beers, festival vibes, great music, and plenty of burgers. We’ll be serving from 2pm — see you there! 🍻🎶

We’ve also got another Saturday pop-up! We’re delighted to be back with the team at The Brewers Folly. Think great beers, saunas, cold plunges, stunning surroundings, and plenty of outdoor seating. The perfect way to spend a summer afternoon! 🍺🌿 The BAKE Yard Sauna, Wimborne Brewers folly brewery

Wowza of a weekend! 🍔🔥
Not gonna lie no barely no photos.. zero time 👀🤣

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the Southsea Food Festival, the Arundel Tap House Beer Festival, and Churcher’s College in Petersfield on Saturday evening!!

The atmosphere at Arundel was incredible as always. We absolutely love working alongside the brewery team and all of you who come out to support us. 🍻🙏

Despite a few generator issues at Churcher’s, the team adapted, simplified the menu, and absolutely smashed the service. A massive thank you to everyone for your patience and support!!

A special mention to Fordy and his wife, who joined Eryn running Churcher’s this weekend. From next week, they’ll be heading off on their own burger adventure with Destination Burgers! 🍔 Eryn and Fordy have been working hard to set it up.

Please give them a warm welcome to the street food industry when their truck arrives. We wish them every success and can’t wait to see what they achieve.

And just like that… another week rolls around! 🤪

After heat strokes, sweating off our body weight in some pretty brutal conditions, we’re secretly prepping behind the scenes and even making a run up to London today to our bakers collecting buns thanks to courier issues. The glamour of the food industry, eh? 😅

The bar is open to all, so grab a drink, soak up the Southsea vibes and let us sort dinner.

📍 Dark Revolution, Salisbury | 5pm–8pm
We’re heading back to see our wonderful regulars and the team at Dark Revolution. Beers pouring on a Friday winning 😏

Saturday 4th July

📍 Southsea Food Festival | 11am–5pm

Our first appearance at the Southsea Food Festival! 😎

This place means a lot to us. It’s where so much of the journey started for Eryn and I including our relationship 😃 – the restaurant days, the pop-ups, and the beginning of Three Cuts. It feels pretty special to be back!

📍 Arundel Tap House Beer Festival | 12pm–9pm

We’re back with the lovable team at Arundel Tap House, and to make it even better there’s a full Beer Festival taking place at the brewery all day Saturday.

Cold beer, great food, sunshine. What’s not to love?

For the dog walkers, the Sunday strollers, and anyone who missed out on Saturday, we’ll be back serving lunch until 4pm.

We’ll also be back in Southsea for day two of the festival!

Due to the heatwave, we are keeping a very close eye on conditions across all of our locations.

The wellbeing of our team comes first, and we do not want staff cooking in extreme temperatures. 👀🥵 ITS SO HOT IN FRONT OF FRYERS AND OUR GRIDDLES!! 😩🥵🥵

As a result, we will be operating reduced events this week.

Unfortunately, Lakeside is cancelled today With the heat, combined with the physical demands of set-up, pack-down, and what would likely be a very busy service, it is simply too much to ask of our team.

To put things into perspective, the trailer reached a staggering 52°C today. 🥵

At Chalke Valley History Festival, we are rotating staff regularly and ensuring everyone takes frequent breaks to stay safe and hydrated.

Thank you for your understanding and support while we navigate these extreme temperatures - stay hydrated. Get a cold pint in you and let’s hope for a little rain! 😎🍻

It’s Day 1 of the Chalk Valley History Festival in beautiful Wiltshire!

The valley is looking stunning, with glorious sunshine beaming down on us.

We’ll be here for all 8 days and look forward to seeing you throughout the week.

Father’s Day 2026! 🍔🔥

Wowza… scenes at Arundel today! Where dads ate for free..🍔

We did not expect it to be anywhere near as busy as it was…

ABSOLUTELY BONKERS! 🤯

We sold out by 2:30pm. We know that disappointed a few people, but to put it into perspective:

😎 60kg of beef
😎 390 burgers
😎 All gone in just 2 hours and 30 minutes!

The team absolutely smashed it in the heat today – what a shift! 👏🥵

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience. The support was incredible! It was HOT 👀

The brewery were awesome too. I tried my first Strawberry Matcha today and I’ve got to say, it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for always looking after us! 🙏

To all the dads out there, Happy Father’s Day!

What an incredible job you do each and every day. 💗

Now it’s time for Team Three Cuts to turn our attention to the next challenge. Tomorrow we head to Wiltshire for an 8-day stint at the Chalk Valley History Festival prep begins..
