Sushi = Rolls? We know you’ve been cheated for long enough… in an authentic Japanese setting, maki is never the thing which appears on the table of a decent sushi place - Nigiri is what usually presented to precious guests. What about maki? They are always prepared for young kids who can’t appreciate the beauty of great food or to cleanse your mouth between different nigiri so you can taste the real beauty of nigiri. It’s time to GROW UP and to enjoy some REAL FOOD, British! 😍
