WE NEED YOU.
Week on week we’re getting busier, for private hire as well as our general opening.
Experience is an absolute must! You must have an understanding of how cafes/restaurants run, have initiative & a strong work ethic. The cafe during peak season isn’t for the weak but we promise a solid, fun team who make every shift a dream.
Shifts will include daily openings, private hire events, garden parties.

Very much looking forward to tomorrow’s lunch.
Top chefs on the rota and a gorgeous menu! This is our sticky Korean calamari with an Asian salad.
A reduced breakfast menu will be served 9-1045 tomorrow (Easter Sunday), so we can do a quick turn around in time for lunch.

Breakfast is where it all started for us, and it’s something we take seriously. Our menu is constantly evolving, with new dishes added regularly so there’s always something fresh to try, like these tiramisu pancakes! From comforting classics to plates with a bit more flair, everything we serve is built around quality ingredients and bold flavours.

We pride ourselves on fresh produce and cooking from scratch — no shortcuts. Our kitchen team preps, bakes and builds dishes in-house every day, so what lands on your table is exactly how breakfast should be: fresh, generous, and properly satisfying.

After years working in and running kitchens across the Solent, he’s returned to his roots—focusing on honest cooking, bold flavours, and quality ingredients. Travel continues to shape his approach, with global influences woven through the dishes and menus he creates.

Meet one of the men behind the menu!
We are incredibly excited to introduce our Chef, Andrew, whose 10-year journey through elite kitchens like Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Restaurant 27, and The Briny has led to this moment.
To celebrate, we’re hosting an exclusive 5-Course Tasting Menu at the Clubhouse. Chef is bringing his obsession with cookbooks and seasonal flavors straight to your plate.
On the Menu:
