OCTOBER HALF TERM
Give your child or young person the opportunity to learn, talk, have fun and build positive mental well-being in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. 🌱💛
🎲 Our sessions will include fun games, interactive activities and age-appropriate discussions, helping children and young people develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.

🌟 Emotional Regulation
Understanding emotions and learning ways to manage them.
🌿 Healthy Coping Mechanisms
Exploring positive ways to cope with difficult feelings and situations.
💪 Self-Esteem & Confidence
Building confidence, self-belief and resilience.
💭 Anxiety & Worries
Understanding anxiety and learning practical ways to manage worries.
📱 Social Media Awareness
Looking at the positives and negatives of social media, including staying safe and making healthy choices online.
🌈 Building Resilience
Developing skills to cope with challenges and bounce back from difficult experiences.
👥 SMALL & SUPPORTIVE GROUPS
To ensure every child and young person gets the support and attention they deserve, there will be a maximum of just 5 participants in each group. 💛

🧒 Ages 8–11
🕦 11:30am – 1:30pm
👦 Ages 12–15
🕑 2:00pm – 4:00pm
🧑 Ages 16–18

✨ £30 per 2-hour session
👩💼 PROFESSIONALLY DELIVERED
The workshops are delivered by a Qualified Social Worker and Mental Health Practitioner, with experience working within CAMHS.
