I don’t usually post on our page (I’m not allowed, social media team tell me off) but this morning I have to as I need to thank my team and tell them how incredibly proud I am to work along side them and what they achieve daily… but I am especially proud of yesterday, together we pulled off the most beautiful wedding for the most beautiful family and the sheer work, effort and commitment to our wonderful little pub and restaurant by the sea was outstanding. My chefs are absolute magicians (also shy so no pics of them) FOH exceptional and articulate and bar have experience that only comes with years of service. Hospitality is tough, some days we don’t know if next year is a given but when you have a team like mine, standing right by your side It makes me realise why we work in this industry… partly because we’re all bonkers but mainly because we love it and couldn’t see ourselves doing anything else - thank you, team, you really are the heart and soul of everything we are achieving- Mumma Riser x
