About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service in a busy bar/restaurant setting
Preparing and serving drinks or food efficiently and safely
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Adhering to licensing laws and company policies, especially around alcohol sales
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in bar, waiting, or kitchen roles is preferred
Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol licensing regulations
Availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota schedule
A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

We serve food Wednesday & Thursday 12 noon till 2.30pm and evening 5pm till 8pm. Friday through Sunday from 12 noon till last orders 7.30pm.
Sunday roast available with choice of beef, or turkey with all the trimmings.
We are now showing SKY TV for all your sports.
Saturday Gala day, we are having a DISCO in the evening with DJ Greg.
Saturday 15th August, Perth races bus will be leaving the Paddock at 9.15am.

Get ready for the World Cup. We are showing the Scotland vs Haiti game on Sunday morning at 2am. Bar will close 15 min after the game 4am approx.
This will be a ticket-only entry by 11pm Saturday.
Bar and Lounge will be closed to non-ticket holders.
Tickets must be purchased by Saturday 13th. Limited number of tickets available.
£10 per ticket.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and work stations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and available
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff
Skills
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
