🚨 UNWANTED VISITOR🚨

Unfortunately, in the early hours of Saturday morning, we had someone around the outside of the pub who decided to help themselves to items from our garden.

The gate into the garden was locked, so they weren’t able to get in. Instead, they can be seen on our CCTV reaching over the balustrade from outside and taking items.

We have no idea what their intentions were, or whether they were simply looking for an opportunity to steal, but it’s certainly not something we want happening around our premises. 😡

We’re sharing the CCTV in the hope that someone may recognise them or if anything else happened around this time

If you know who this is, or saw anything suspicious in the area during the early hours of Saturday morning.

🎉🥳 HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO! 🥳🎉

Jo started working at The Phoenix back in 2019, supposedly temporarily… and somehow, all these years later, she’s still here! 😂 And we’re very grateful she never actually left!

Jo is a huge part of the Phoenix family and helps run a number of family businesses, as well as being a much-valued member of our team.

And one thing we can say for sure… Jo never seems to have a dull shift! 😂 Somehow, there’s always something going on when Jo is behind the bar! 🍻😂 Thank you for everything you do, Jo, and for being such an important part of the Phoenix over the years.

Have the best birthday, we hope you are spoilt🥂🎂
