☀️ A Little Patience Goes a Long Way ☀️

As temperatures continue to rise, our chefs are working in extremely hot kitchen conditions, while our front of house team are doing their very best to keep everyone happy, comfortable, and well fed.

We kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and consideration during this period, as service may occasionally be a little slower than usual. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, there may be times when we are unable to do so, and we appreciate your understanding as our team works within the limits of these challenging conditions.

The wellbeing of our staff is extremely important to us. To give our team some respite from the heat, Marina La Cucina will be closed for lunch on Thursday and will reopen from 4:00pm to 9:00pm for food service.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to become part of our hardworking, friendly kitchen team at Marina La Cucina.

This is a vital role at the heart of our kitchen, perfect for someone who takes pride in being reliable, organised, and part of a team that loves great food.

Duties include:
Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic
Storing and organising deliveries
Assisting with basic food preparation when required
Supporting the chefs to keep service running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Clean, tidy, and well organised in their work
Proactive and happy to help wherever needed
Passionate about food and working in a busy kitchen environment

What you need to know:
Competitive rates of pay above minimum wage for the right candidate.
Must be available to work evenings, throughout the season, and all Bank Holidays
