On Saturday afternoon we welcomed 14 lovely ladies for a birthday afternoon tea. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was a gorgeous sunny afternoon in our pretty private garden. Thank you ladies. ❤️🎂

We welcomed ITV West Country News to The Twisted Currant today to celebrate National Cream Tea Day!!

This morning ITV local news visited us at the Twisted Currant tearoom, to film me making scones for National Cream Tea day. I made about 80 scones ready for a busy day of cream tea eating. Watch at 6pm.

Join us in Porthleven on
Friday 26th of June. Come to the Twisted Currant tearoom for Traditional Cornish cream teas. Homemade scones served with Roddas clotted cream and Boddingtons strawberry, raspberry or blackberry jam. We have Traditional scones, sugar free, vegan, plus gluten and dairy free, there's something to suit everyone.

As you know we are well known for our amazing cream teas! We do scones, it’s our thing, we make all our scones here daily, handmade by Susan (Owner/baker)… we use the finest ingredients, served with the best of best Cornish produce, Boddingtons Jam and Rodda’s Clotted Cream…
