The inspector also reviewed all of our gluten-free practices and storage, and we’re pleased to confirm everything is in place to keep our coeliac customers safe and confident when dining with us 🐟🍟

We have had a couple of messages asking, We don’t cook our gluten free food in the regular fryers when the oils are changed like a lot of places do.

We take the correct precautions to ensure it’s safe.

✅ Separate dedicated fryers
✅ Separate fridges & freezers for stock
✅ Separate utensils
✅ Staff trained in safe preparation methods
