Today we said goodbye to Woody as he set off for his new home with who will use him for their events - once they've given him some much needed love & attention!
We bought Woody in October 2019 and got busy converting him - it was definitely a family affair!
started trading in Portchester Castle Car Park on November 20th, & I took £18 on our first day!
Trade built day by day then covid struck and we parked up until we were invited to try trading inside Portchester Castle in early July 2020, when outdoor hospitality was about the only thing allowed, so everyone (or so it seemed) came out for a walk, coffee and a chat, social distancing ensued, the queues were sooo long but no one minded. Our little coffee machine worked its socks off as did all the staff!
Then came Estè our Renault Estafette followed by Claude the HVan, Woody went off for a paint change & then to do events such as Pizza Proms at Titchfield Abbey & Stansted House Summer Extravaganza and a stint at Westlands Farm Shop before we put him out to pasture - literally, in a field in Portchester and now Will & the boys from River Coffee are about to breath new life in to him!
So thank you Woody - for everything, I can't wait to see you at an event soon!
