Devoted wife of Rodney, much loved mum of Andrea, Karen, Gareth and Keith. Cherished granny of Marc, Joanne, Leanne, Kevin, Kiera, Rachael, Lucy, Anna and Andrew and deeply missed by all her great grandchildren.

Funeral service on Friday 2nd October 2026 at 11am in Milnes Funeral Home, Lurgan followed by committal in Kernan cemetery.

First and last of the song writing ✍️😂❤️

Two chicken burgers 🍔 with chicken thighs

First one a beef and bird with peppered beef stew lettuce cheese slices El buffalo 🦬 ranch spring onion sweet & sour onions

Second one two chicken thighs butchered in house deep fried chicken skin seasoned with cajun seasoning loaded on top along with hash browns cheese lettuce pickled jalapenos el buffalo 🦬 ranch & spicy 🌶️ smoky cajun el buffalo 🦬 sauce

Both banging this is just some cooking inspo we’re still closed ❤️

The smell that was floating in the air from this as it cooked was unreal so much so a left the back door open just so the whole estate could get a smell 😂sorry none was shared 🤪

The flavours going through this really was next level with two different cuts of beef 🥩 used we had TOP RIB ROAST & BEEF DAUBES rich beef stock caramelised onions tomato paste garlic & ginger paste thyme bay leaf salt pepper carrots 🥕 parsnips spuds 🥔 toasted and crushed black & sichuan peppercorns a peppercorn sauce parsley the whole shabang going on loaded on top of some brioche french 🇫🇷 toast 👌🏻

TIPS
By toasting and crushing the peppercorns it helps release the flavours and aromatics always brown the the beef off well seasoned with fine sea salt braised till almost tender then add veg and potatoes 🥔

Chicken,Skin on baby spuds 🥔 cut in half, Peppers,rice on the side couple of naan breads 👌🏻

Topped with a mint yoghurt fresh chilli coriander 🌿
