Our team has been working exceptionally hard this week preparing selection boxes of our gorgous fruit desserts, including our brand new banana and raspberries.
With of course our classic apple, peach and cherry desserts.
I've been working on the lemon and lime recipe to maximise zingyness!
In order to mould these desserts, our chefs prepare mousses and centres that are then piped into the moulds and frozen, before being glazed or coated with chocolate.

These are boxes of 9 desserts, £32 (sold individually, this would come to £36, £4 a piece) and come frozen taking around 2 hours to defrost.

We have 20 boxes available in Baglan tomorrow (Saturday 15th August) and some of these options are available to buy individuall on the counter.

We keep a wide range of cakes in stock in our freezer so if you are in need of a birthday cake please come on down this weekend!
Our cakes defrost in about 2 hrs, can be stored somewhere cool for up to 4/5 days after defrost

It's a cute selection of four assorted cupcakes with thank you teacher toppers. I've priced the box at £8, just so we can cover the cost of the toppers, but I still think this is a great price for a delicious teacher gift.
