Why did we switch from sourdough bread to a sourdough bun for our Posh Eggs? 🥚🥯

Because we wanted to create an even better balance of flavour, texture, and nutrition.

Our sourdough bun is naturally fermented, rich in fibre, and known for being easier to digest than conventional bread. It offers the same great sourdough benefits while providing a softer texture and a more satisfying bite that perfectly complements our Posh Eggs.
