Hi Everyone, Wedding Bells will be ringing at The Bothy this weekend! Mark and Ashleigh will tie the knot
at The Bothy on Saturday afternoon. We will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday to celebrate and recover.

We will be open Thursday as usual for lunches but unfortunately we are fully booked for evening meals, also open Friday night 5.00-8.00pm for takeaways and reopen Monday the 13th for lunch and dinner. Thank you for your understanding and let’s pray Mark and Ashleigh have a fantastic day.

Summer has arrived. Our official open day is today so come on down. We are open all day until 9.00pm tonight. After many requests we are selling our much loved milkshakes all day Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint and Biscoff. Why not grab a chippy snack of cheesy chips or curry sauce and chips

Hello Everyone,

What a fantastic time we had today celebrating the birthday of 90 years young Letty. Joined by her friends and family, our afternoon tea went down a treat. We didn’t dare to ask our lovely trio of seniors their combined ages but it is definitely over 250. Truly amazing and inspirational ladies!!

Hello Everyone,

We had a lovely family eating with us this evening with three wonderful young children on their first visit to Islay. They are in a massive pickle as their car broke down on their first day on Islay. Cresswell Cars are hopefully going to manage to fix it it but probably not until the day before they leave, on Wednesday. Is there anyone who could manage to suggest anything to help them see some of our Island and/or suggestions on things to do as they have exhausted themselves in Port Ellen play park.
