Some inspiration for your Pierhouse eating from our Beinn. You can’t really go wrong with fresh Scottish seafood followed by a toffee apple tart 😋

But you also can’t really go wrong with food celebrating Scotland’s natural larder prepared with pure heart by our kitchen team 👩‍🍳

Shannon’s love for local seafood 🥰🦞

Lobsters off the pier, langoustines from the loch🦐, oysters from Judith at Caledonian Oyster Co Ltd just up the road🦪, and that’s only a few examples of where we get some of our local produce. It really does make all the difference in the eating 😁
