This week has been Rheumatoid Arthiritis Awareness Week so I thought I would share something with you all that really helps me while I bake….

✨ My perching stool ✨

Because of RA symptoms it can be very difficult to stand up for long periods of time, whether that’s due to pain or fatigue or both😅 Using this stool means I can rest my legs and also brings me to a better eye level - stopping me hunching over! Improving posture and circulation 🤩

Being able to continue to work whilst managing a chronic illness can be super difficult. But there are ways to make it more manageable ❤️‍🩹

So for anyone else who is struggling to continue working/ crafting/ doing what you love because of your health , know that there are options out there to help you! 🤎

See you there 👋
